PT. Baruna Raya Logistics Partners with Vroon Offshore Services in Strategic Joint Venture

SINGAPORE — PT. Baruna Raya Logistics has taken a major step in expanding its maritime presence by signing a strategic Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Vroon Offshore Pte Ltd. The ceremony took place in Singapore on August 18, 2015, represented by PT. Baruna Raya Logistics President Director Mr. Bambang Ediyanto and Vroon Offshore Pte Ltd Managing Director Mr. Filip Olde Bijvank.

The agreement marks the establishment of a joint venture company dedicated to operating modern offshore support vessels (OSVs) across Indonesian waters.
